We ship our fine goods anywhere in the contiguous United States. For orders delivered to Hawaii and Alaska, please contact us for additional shipping charges that may apply. We do not ship outside of the United States, sorry!

How Will My Order Ship?

  • Small (light) Orders: either via USPS, UPS, or Fedex.
  • Large (Heavy) orders: Self-service truck delivery for FREE, or via White-Glove Delivery Service for an additional $149-$249 fee (See below).

We will ship your items via USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or by other commercial carrier, depending on the items you have purchased. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with the best delivery experience. When your order ships, we will notify you via email, and provide you with a tracking number so you can the status of your shipment. Most carriers will provide you with an estimated delivery date. You can also track your packages by clicking on “Order Status” in the top right corner of our website, and entering your information. Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs.

We have three methods of shipment available: Small Parcel, Self Service Truck Delivery, and White Glove.

SMALL PARCEL - We will ship smaller, lighter items via UPS, FEDEX or USPS. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 1 and 6 business days (1 to 10 business days for USPS) after it leaves the warehouse.

We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

SELF-SERVICE TRUCK DELIVERYFor larger deliveries, a freight carrier will deliver your item. We call this delivery 'Self Service' because you'll need to move the package out of the truck and into your residence yourself. Keep in mind that products that ship this method are either too large or heavy to ship with a small parcel carrier like UPS or FedEx, so you will most likely require the assistance of a friend or family member at delivery. All of our Self Service Delivery providers do require a 2 to 4 hour window for delivery, which will be communicated either by phone or email. Most truck delivery companies offer appointment windows between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, and they will most likely contact you the day before they are ready to deliver your item.

LIFTGATE SERVICES - For $50, our delivery service partners will use a machine called a liftgate to bring the items to the ground for you. This $50 fee will include all of the items in your cart.

Sometimes freight carriers offer their own additional services. Once we send you your tracking information, you can call the carrier directly to inquire about additional services offered. You must contact the freight carrier in advance if you think you will need additional assistance lifting and/or carrying your items. Most drivers will not assist you in carrying your items into your residence, even if you directly offer them additional compensation to assist you. Movers must be assigned to your truck ahead of time.

WHITE GLOVE FREIGHT - Many large and heavy items should be delivered by a white glove freight carrier to ensure the safest and most convenient delivery of your items. White glove works similarly to truck freight, but a delivery team of at least two people brings your items into your home for you. Once your order arrives in your area, a representative from the white glove carrier will call you to arrange a 4 hour window for delivery.

  • Delivery to your residence. Your product will be delivered to your front entrance. The product will not be carried up stairs inside the home. If you live in an apartment above the first floor of a building, we recommend upgrading to Inside Delivery with Packaging Removal.
  • Assembly Service: None
  • Packaging: The product will be left in the original packaging.


DAMAGE INSPECTION - Please make sure that you inspect the packages at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, "Product Damaged" clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.

MISSED DELIVERY TIMES - If you are not home at your pre-arranged scheduled delivery time (as previously arranged between you and the carrier), the carrier may charge additional fees to redeliver your item at a later date. Any additional charges for missed delivery appointments are the sole responsibility of the  purchaser.
